Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Vesta website at getvesta.io, the Brand Pulse Check tool at getvesta.io/brand-pulse-check, the Brand Pulse Monitor service at getvesta.io/brand-pulse-monitor, and any reports, scores, dashboards, score history, alerts, or other content they produce (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Coridors Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("Coridors", "we", "us"). Vesta and Brand Pulse Check are brands and products of Coridors Pte. Ltd., and references to "Vesta" in these Terms mean Coridors Pte. Ltd.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

Where Vesta provides marketing, demand generation, lead generation, web development, or other professional services to a client, those engagements are governed primarily by a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. Section 8 explains how these Terms and those agreements fit together.

2. Our products: Vesta's Brand Pulse Tools (Brand Pulse Check and Brand Pulse Monitor)

Brand Pulse Check is an automated tool. You enter a website URL and it scans that website and related public information, such as search performance data, business listings, and public social media profiles, and produces a report with scores across several areas of online visibility.

Some parts of the report are available immediately. To unlock the full report, you verify your email address using a one-time password (OTP) and provide a WhatsApp/phone number to receive your report on WhatsApp, as described in Section 5 and in our Privacy Policy. Providing a WhatsApp/phone number is required to unlock the full report. Brand Pulse Check is currently provided free of charge.

Brand Pulse Monitor is our monitoring product, which actively tracks your online visibility over time through an account, recurring scans, score history, trends, and alerts. Where you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. By enabling monitoring for a website, you authorise Vesta to run recurring automated scans of that website on your behalf. Paid plans for Brand Pulse Monitor will be subject to pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms presented to you before you pay.

3. Running a scan: your responsibilities

When you submit a URL to Brand Pulse Check, you confirm that:

• you own or operate the website, or you are otherwise authorised to request an analysis of it, or the information analysed is publicly available; and

• you will not use Brand Pulse Check to harass, defame, or unfairly target another business, or to gather information for unlawful purposes.

We may set reasonable limits on the number of scans, cache results, or refuse to scan particular URLs at our discretion, for example to protect our systems or comply with the terms of the data sources we rely on.

4. Scores, reports, and accuracy

Brand Pulse Check reports are generated automatically from third-party and public data sources at the moment the scan runs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Scores are a point-in-time snapshot. They can change between scans even if nothing on your website has changed, because the underlying data sources may respond differently, be temporarily unavailable, or update their own measurements.

• Some checks may not complete. If a data source fails or limits our access, the affected check is excluded from the score and the report indicates that it was skipped. A report generated with skipped checks is still a valid report under these Terms.

• Reports are general information, not advice. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and they are not a prediction or guarantee of your search rankings, website traffic, lead volume, or business results.

• Reports describe symptoms, not certainties. A low score does not necessarily mean your business is failing online, and a high score does not guarantee success.

These limitations apply equally to score history, trends, and alerts in Brand Pulse Monitor: a movement in your score between scans may reflect changes in the underlying data sources rather than a real change in your online presence. You should not make significant business decisions based solely on a Brand Pulse Check report or Brand Pulse Monitor data. 5. Email verification, WhatsApp, and other communications

To unlock a full report, you verify your email address with a one-time password and provide a WhatsApp/phone number. We use your email to deliver the OTP, and your WhatsApp/phone number to send you the full report on WhatsApp and, only with your separate consent, follow-up messages such as your report summary, follow-up recommendations, and information about Vesta services. We will not send more than one marketing message per week. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying with an opt-out request or contacting us at support@coridors.io, and opting out does not affect your access to your report once unlocked. Details of how we store and use your email and number are in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that any email address or phone number you provide is your own or that you are authorised to provide it.

6. Third-party data, platforms, and trademarks

Brand Pulse Check and Monitor tool relies on data from third-party sources, which may include Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Places, YouTube, public Instagram and TikTok pages, SSL Labs, Mozilla Observatory, Google Safe Browsing, the W3C Markup Validator, the Chrome UX Report, and queries to AI assistants and large language model platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, among others. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their data or terms.

Google, YouTube, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and all other third-party names and logos referenced in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners. Vesta and Brand Pulse Check are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. References to their data in a report do not imply any relationship.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Brand Pulse Check scoring methodology, software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Vesta or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services and to save, print, and share your own report for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from the Services, and you may not remove Vesta branding from reports or present a report as your own or another party's work product without our written permission.

8. Agency and professional services

Vesta provides marketing services to clients, including demand generation, lead generation, SEO and technical improvements, reputation and social media work, content, and related consulting. These engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed for that engagement (the "Engagement Terms"). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Engagement Terms, the Engagement Terms prevail for that engagement.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, platform policies, competition, market conditions, and your own business decisions. Unless expressly stated in writing in the Engagement Terms, Vesta does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue, or other business result, whether or not a Brand Pulse Check report was used to identify the work.

9. Future features

We may describe planned or upcoming products and features, such as Brand Pulse Monitor and its expected recurring scans, dashboards, score history, and alerts. Any such description is an indication of general direction only. It is not a commitment to deliver any feature, on any timeline, at any price, and it should not be relied on when making a purchasing decision.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in a way that breaks any applicable law or infringes anyone's rights;

• attempt to probe, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their underlying systems;

• use bots, scripts, or automated means to submit scans or extract data at scale without our written permission; or

• misrepresent a Brand Pulse Check report, alter its contents, or use it to mislead any person.

Authorised automated scanning performed by Vesta on behalf of subscribed users, for example recurring scans under Brand Pulse Monitor, is expressly permitted. We may suspend or block access to the Services where we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be complete or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Vesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vesta against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a report, or your submission of a URL you were not authorised to submit.

14. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version will always be available on our website with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
